Executive Assistant Sonya Tawhiti-Watson provides administrative support to facilitate the efficient operation of the award-winning sales team at TOWN; with extensive duties covering everything from marketing, documentation preparation and dissemination, database/trust account management, and client liaison.

Self-motivated and driven, Sonya is impeccably presented, is an excellent time manager, clear communicator, and pays meticulous attention to detail; she works well in a team environment, contributing ideas and providing support, and is the consummate professional, sharing TOWN’s focus on delivering exemplary customer service, with no exceptions.

With significant experience working in management roles in a variety of industries including real estate and hospitality, Sonya is equipped with many of the critical skills needed for her role as an EA in a busy, dynamic office.  Able to quickly understand complex concepts, identify and solve problems, turn ideas into logical strategies, and implement systems that optimise productivity – Sonya is highly valued member of the team.

Sonya holds a Bachelor of Business – Marketing and International Business and is also enthusiastic about any opportunity for growth through professional development and training.  When not working she enjoys time with her family, out and about exploring the region and beyond.
