Adam Dunlop is an experienced licensed agent with a strong background in the construction industry spanning in excess of 20 years, a strong interest in property investment, and a particular passion for projects and selling off-the-plan developments.
The knowledge gained and the expertise acquired during his years working in construction provides Adam with the skill set to assist his clients with the entire build process, from the first turn of the dirt through to turn-key; facilitating as clean and smooth a journey as possible.
Adam is very process-oriented and takes an organised, structured approach to his work, and enjoys working in a collaborative manner with his clients to assist them to achieve their property goals, working across all sectors from existing residential through to new builds/projects.
When Adam finished his schooling in the northern suburbs of Brisbane, he initially worked in the maritime industry on the docks prior to moving into construction where he worked on projects in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, as well as major projects for a multinational company in London.
Over the years he has built up a large network of contacts in the building/property/construction industry and continues to grow this network at every opportunity. He is well respected by his colleagues and industry peers, and his clients speak glowingly of his service and professionalism.
When not working, Adam enjoys spending time with family and friends particularly at La Balsa Park (near his Buddina home) and the beach, skateboarding, and old-school cars.
