Licensed Agent Luke Dzufer, is a Buddina local born and raised on the Sunshine Coast, coming from a family with a strong background in property development and building; you could say real estate is in his DNA.
Prior to joining the team at TOWN, Luke worked for six years in the property development and construction industry across residential and multi-residential projects – liaising with clients, contractors, and buyers, as well as providing design advice. He has also had previous experience in accounting, banking, and finance.
Luke has a lifelong passion for property design, construction, and development – and has witnessed the phenomenal growth that this region has undergone in recent years; excited about the future opportunities this presents for residents and investors. A positive advocate for the benefits of living and investing on the Sunshine Coast, Luke is a property investor himself with a growing portfolio.
